As part of its efforts to support the local community and in alignment with its humanitarian strategy, Mr. Nihad Assad, General Manager of Al Mashreq Insurance, along with an accompanying delegation, visited Her Excellency Dr. Laila Ghannam, the Governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, at the governorate headquarters today. The visit aimed to deliver additional electric wheelchairs to individuals with disabilities, reflecting Al Mashreq's commitment to making a lasting positive impact in the communities it serves.
Speaking on the importance of the initiative, the company's CEO, Mr. Ayoub Zurub, stated: "Our commitment to social responsibility goes beyond insurance services, as we strive to embody ethical and community values in all aspects of our work. Through implementing initiatives focused on achieving inclusive development, the company aims to build effective partnerships with the local community and improve the social and economic lives of citizens."
Dr. Ghannam, in turn, commended Al Mashreq Insurance for its continuous genuine and committed response. She expressed her gratitude for the company's support and its contributions to the Governorate’s efforts across various fields. She added, "The efforts to stand by our people, particularly those who are less fortunate, continue. We highly value the company's positive stance, especially since this is not the first time Al Mashreq Insurance has carried out significant humanitarian and social initiatives. This further strengthens its position as a key strategic partner, especially in light of the difficult circumstances faced by the Palestinian people."
