Insurances covered by this package:
- Fire, Theft and Allied Perils Insurance:
This insurance covers damaged insured properties as a result of fire, with a limit of 250,000 NIS. These damages could be:- Fracture.
- Dislocation.
- Forced entry.
- Earthquake
- Explosion of freshwater pipes.
- Fall aircraft or its parts.
- Third-party vehicles colliding with the outside building.
- Civil Liability Insurance:
This insurance cover legal liability toward others such as visitors, with a limit of 50,000 NIS in the insured premises. - Income Insurance:
This insurance covers loss of shop’s income, due to fire or violent theft, with a limit of 5,000 NIS per month and a maximum of 3 months, with a proof of income. - Personal Accidents Insurance:
This insurance covers the following personal accidents:- Insured’s death, with an amount of 50,000 NIS.
- Insured’s Permanent total disability, or permanent partial disability, with a percentage of 50,000 NIS, provided that their age at the accident time shall not exceed 65 years.
- Medical expenses, with a limit of 1,000 NIS per accident.
- Personal accident insurance coverage excluded traffic accidents and work accidents.
Calculating premium:
Insurance Premiums are calculated based on total of properties’ limits mentioned in the insurance policy, and the determined insurance in the package.
