Due to the challenging conditions faced by our people and the difficulty of moving between cities, Al Mashreq Insurance and the Telecommunications Group have signed a strategic partnership agreement. This agreement aims to provide a dedicated line for reporting accidents and other inquiries, ensuring precise and immediate follow-up. The agreement was signed by Mr. Nihad Assad, General Manager of Al Mashreq Insurance, and Mr. Thaer Abu Bakr, Director of the Business Sector at the Palestinian Telecommunications Company - Jawwal, in the presence of several officials from both parties.
The accident reporting service is one of the most sought-after services by policyholders, who need direct and reliable communication channels with the insurance company in the event of an accident.
