Al Mashreq Insurance Launches the "Dinamo Al Mashreq" Program for Palestinian University Students

Al Mashreq Insurance has introduced the "Dinamo Al Mashreq" program in partnership with Palestinian universities. This initiative targets innovative university students seeking to make productive use of their free time by acquiring practical skills, enhancing their resumes, and establishing connections with companies to advance their future careers. The program equips students to meet diverse job market demands and prepares them for a smooth transition into the workforce.

The program’s initial phase was launched in collaboration with Birzeit University, specifically for students of the Faculty of Business and Economics, with plans to expand gradually to include universities across the country.

During the launch event, Dr. Grace Khoury, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, welcomed the General Manager of Al Mashreq Insurance, Mr. Nihad Assad, and his accompanying delegation. Ms. Dahouk Al Dawoudi, Director of the Training and Employment Unit at the Faculty, was also present. Dr. Khoury emphasized the importance of collaboration between the educational system and the private sector, noting that such partnerships align with the university's vision of creating opportunities that benefit both students and the academic community.

Mr. Assad highlighted Al Mashreq Insurance’s commitment to fostering strong relationships with Palestinian universities. He described students as a vital resource for the job market and reaffirmed the company’s dedication to supporting innovation and entrepreneurship through training programs and educational grants. These efforts aim to develop the skills and competencies required to navigate market challenges successfully.

Speaking about the "Dinamo Al Mashreq" program, the company’s CEO, Mr. Ayoub Zurub, explained that the initiative prioritizes the youth sector, addressing the challenges they face in a competitive job market. He stressed that investing in young talent is an investment in the nation's future. The program aims to provide university students with hands-on job market preparation while they are still pursuing their studies. This is achieved through structured training programs developed in collaboration with universities under mutually agreed terms.

In his address to students, Mr. Assad elaborated that "Dinamo Al Mashreq" integrates academic knowledge with practical experience. By enhancing students’ professional capabilities and enriching their university experience, the program seeks to increase their employment prospects, reduce youth unemployment, and contribute to the company’s mission of strengthening the national economy and promoting sustainable development.

Meanwhile, Mr. Ahmad Al Najjar, Marketing Programs Manager at Al Mashreq Insurance, encouraged students to enroll in the program during a workshop. He highlighted the program’s simple and hassle-free registration process and explained how it aligns with the aspirations of ambitious and creative youth.
